Name: Gif (gih-iff)

Appearance: 6'8", 183lbs. She is an anthropomorphic Maine Coon(gray) feline fused with a hot-tempered woman. She uses a large gray hoodie to hide the scars on her fur-less torso. There's a zigzagged stitch holding her digitigrade furred legs to her top half. She has one black eye, her other replaced by a blue button with black thread. She tends to keep her ear and a half covered with a beanie because she's quite self-conscious of the scars and burns from her injured ear.
Personality: Gif tends to lean on the more annoyed and blank side of things. She doesn't really have a positive outlook on things and tries to keep to herself most of the time. Of course, there are a very small handful of others that manage to crack a smile, maybe even a laugh, out of her; her sister being one of them.
Backstory: The sisters shared a family cat, whom they didn't really think too much of. Their single mother worked at a lab conducting safe and secure experiments on animals and very few on humans. A few of her partners had an idea to try one that required the participation of animals AND humans. The mother was so sure, yet so reckless, that the experiment would work, she used her second born child and the family pet as test subjects. It was simply comparing and contrasting DNA and trying to come up with ideas for a functional human and animal hybrid. Of course, the equipment malfunctioned and the two's DNA was combined and forcefully rammed together to create who we now call Gif. After the DNA was successfully transferred, she lay still on the ground, barely breathing. Her mother had to be held back by the rest of the staff in order to restrain her from being possibly attacked. They didn't know what Gif was capable of. Her body was barely able to hold itself together... Until it finally tore and snapped her spine in half, tearing her legs from her torso. Only then more members of the staff ran to her and took her two halves somewhere else.
Ever since this incident happened, the mother was determined to make this hybrid happen. She didn't bring safety or comfort into the matter, let alone her own family. And so she tried it again, and again, and again until a psychopathic thought entered her mind.
"Why not use your second daughter?" It told her, "The first one was just a screw-up because she was a mistake. Go ahead, Diana is perfect for the job."
So she listened. She was desperate anyway. What's the worse that could happen?
Extras: Gif always carries around a small voodoo doll of a black lion. No-one really understands the purpose of this.
